Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UZITHUB website, apps, and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any policy referenced here.

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with local laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may verify identity, phone, email, and take steps to prevent fraud and abuse.

UZITHUB provides tools for posting jobs/projects, submitting proposals, opening conversations, and creating “Deals” between an employer and a freelancer. Parties, not UZITHUB, are responsible for scope, deliverables, and deadlines.

Fees, commissions, currency and payout options may be specified in product UI or separate policy pages. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. We may set off amounts you owe from balances or future payouts.

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• UZITHUB receives a limited licence to operate, host and display content.
• You represent you have all rights to post content and it does not infringe third-party rights.

You must follow our Terms of Use, which prohibit unlawful activity, harassment, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, and attempts to bypass security or payments.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UZITHUB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts paid to us by you during the prior 6 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risks to the Platform.

Features may change or be discontinued. Continued use means acceptance.

Disputes are handled under applicable law and competent courts.

• Severability, no waiver, and assignment restrictions apply.
• Notices may be delivered via email or in-product messaging.
