Track and Trace (Update Specialist)

We are looking for a Track & Trace (Update Specialist) to join our operations team. This role is critical for ensuring real-time shipment visibility, maintaining accurate load statuses, and providing proactive updates to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple shipments at once in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in Update - 1 Year
- English - B1
- Familiarity with CRM system.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and load board driver postings.
- Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, email, GPS tracking tools).
- Knowledge of Spanish/Russian/Persian/Arabic is a plus
