Dispatcher (Dry Van and/or Flatbed)

We are seeking an experienced Dry Van and/or Flatbed Dispatcher to manage daily truck operations, maximize load efficiency, and provide world-class driver support. This role requires in-depth knowledge of U.S. freight markets, route planning, and load board sourcing, as well as strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Experience in Truck-Dispatching - 1.5 years
- English - B1
- Familiarity with CRM system.
- Familiarity with the Brokerage Companies.
- Proficiency with TMS systems, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), and tracking tools.
